ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?

Yes, as a reliable removals company we are fully insured for goods in transit up to the value of £10,000. We also hold public & product liability insurance up to the value of £1,000,000
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are fully flexible when it comes to payment methods. We accept cash, bank transfers, or card payments. Payments are usually made on the day after the job is complete. But payment can be arranged prior to the job if this is preferred.

If you are looking to have an item purchased on your behalf prior to delivery we can arrange for you to send us the payment for the item being purchased, we would then purchase the item on your behalf and deliver it to you or your chosen address.
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

We charge by the hour. The price per hour is dependent on how many men you require and the mileage between locations.
